Change/expand scope of https://signalk.atlassian.net/browse/SSG-96 to include alterations to how structures & user “base” is seen in-game ✅

Dedicated milestone/goals, missions for upload projects, and maybe extending to other projects/mission groups

Users can start seeing their terrariums/biomes, as well as their additions (bio, initially) to their space on Earth ✅
