1. Fix bug in create recipe form, make the recipe image required

• Update the recipe creation form to make uploading a recipe image mandatory.
• Validate form submission to enforce the requirement for a recipe image.

2. Fix mealplan creation form

• Update the mealplan creation form to not allow users to proceed to recipe selection without adding a name for the mealplan first

3. Fix popular recipes section in profile

• Fix the js for the average star rating for the section, not showing
