Fix case where values_cumulative = TRUE and vertical = TRUE

values_cumulative = TRUE: value order appears top to bottom, this makes them bottom to top (more intuitive)

when bar is vertical it sets position: absolute; forcing each segment on top of the previous. This fixes this issue.
