Troubleshooting

Before creating an issue, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you have Browser Hardware Acceleration enabled in the OBS settings
- Make sure the overlay and watch app are both on the latest version. Please read the release notes for new versions.
- Try these troubleshooting steps from Apple
- Make sure the watch/phone and overlay are on the same network
- If you have third party "internet security" software, try uninstalling it
- Open the inbound port (default is 3476) in the Windows Firewall
- If you run into issues installing the app on the watch, try installing from the App Store on the watch itself.
- If the app does not seem to be collecting heart rate or calorie data, make sure the app has the correct Health permissions.
- Open the Settings app on the watch, go to
Health > Apps > Health Data Server
, and make sure everything is turned on
