One idea is to use curses colors to indicate the selected cell but that seems super clunky |

I'd like you to look at this and see your thoughts from a usability standpoint. I was able to get a synced playhead working, which is great, but because we're using curses, drawing it moves the cursor away from the selected node in the sequence. Do you have any ideas, or is it time to re-implement into something else?
