Fixes

#1085 regarding rare rendering crashes
some issues with ordering pokemobs to attack other mobs
some internal thutcore stuff related to elevators

Tweaks

Adjusts the red hitbox rendering to toggle via config option instead, this now shows if you either have a mob out, or are holding a pokecube, while said config option is enabled
