The prefix is already managed by DispatchMiddleWare By putting SCRIPT_NAME = "prefix" put the prefix twice which not work ! fix #612

Quand l'application est servi derrière un suffixe (/atlas), il faut que le paramètre
APPLICATION_ROOTde flask soit renseigné correctement (il est utilisé pour construire les lien viaurl_for). Comme un paramètreURL_APPLICATIONexiste déjà et qu'il est largement utilisé dans l'application, on déduitAPPLICATION_ROOTdeURL_APPLICATIONfix #612
