Server Status 1.0.2 - Configurable ping timeout

• Made the time a server needs to respond in to be counted as online configurable (pingtimeout, in ms)
• Fixed command aliases not properly unregistering on reload

Server Status 1.0.1 - Configure /serverstatus aliases

This update adds a config option (commandaliases) to set the aliases for the /serverstatus command. (Unregistering of aliases via config does currently not work when using the /serverstatus reload command due to some error in Bungee itself! You have to restart to do that!)
