What Does This PR Do
Adds the firefighting tank module to the Advanced MODSuit as a starting module.
Why It's Good For The Game
The Chief Engineer should be able to utilize the firefighting tank module, as currently it is exclusively granted to the Atmospheric MODsuit. This would make the CE more in line with firefighting responsibilities.
Testing
Spawned as CE, put on the Advanced MODSuit, and sprayed Poly with water, nanofrost, and metal foam.
