For #3852

Tested using browser:

  • Firefox (Desktop)
  • Safari (Desktop)
  • Chrome (Desktop)

Did you test accessibility:

  • IBM Equal Access Accessibilty Checker
  • Jaws (only relevant for new UX flows)
