• closes Reviews Tab in Items Should be Reverse Chronological #1164 - Even though the ratings data doesn't have time information, AFAIK it is returning the result set in chronological order, so if we just reverse it, we have reverse chronological order. If we ever end up paginating the result set, then we'll need to rely on the server to do the sort, but until then, this should work.
• closes Personalized and Random tabs don't reappear after closing search results #1623
• Shows loading spinner when navigating to the settings page while the page is fetching its initial data. This avoids the mostly blank screen that's in place during this time right now.
