You can notify other users in posts or comments by using mentions. More information.
Notice: Currently, e-mail notifications will only be sent to two to three users due to a system error. It has been reported to the developers: #6726
You get a notification:
- if someone has added a comment in one of your posts
- if someone mentions you in any post or comment
- if your role in a group has been changed
- as a group owner if a member has joined or left
If you have unread messages the bell symbol in the page header turns green and shows the number of unread messages. Click the bell to preview your notifications.
Next, click a notification to view the respective post or comment or click All notifications to get to the notifications page where you can filter notifications by read or unread and mark all as read.
