Hello @CosmicMagnetar , the README file must be in US-English as that is the international language for software engineering
If the README file is translated to Hindi then the international community would only have access to the README in Hindi and not US-English

The Developer Guide needs to be translated into Hindi to expand its reach among Hindi-speaking developers. This effort will include translating all sections of the guide, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the original content.
