feat: Solidity stack traces

Updates to [email protected], which includes:

• the new API for genesis state instead of genesis accounts (refactor: use genesis state instead of genesis accounts edr#755)
• Rust-based Solidity stack traces (Change edr_napi::provider::Response::solidity_trace to return a stack trace edr#734)
