This system simplifies the way YouView trialists submit Feedback back to YouView. The mobile app written in Swift allows trialists to take a picture, voice recording and add some additional notes of an issue and submit all this information as a feedback package back to YouView. The trials team in YouView can then visualise all feedback submissions in a web portal written in HTML, JavaScript and css.

I implemented this system when I was interning at YouView Ltd and therefore this application belongs to YouView and there is no source code available.
