SublimeLinter update of July 26th 2019 depreciates several settings and adds a new mandatory setting ‘cls.defaults'.

Unfortunately I have embraced the dark art of C++... not much Fortran in my current job. |
I am willing to maintain this repository if that is okay with you? I use fortran daily and need good syntax highlighting. |
