Setup

1. Create Python environment
2. Install ODYM

Create Python environment

Create a Python environment in conda or similar using the environment.yml file.

Install ODYM

In the parent directory of your dynamic_lifetime_model folder, clone GitHub repository containing the ODYM framework: https://github.com/IndEcol/ODYM. The dynamic_stock_model library located in the odym/odym/modules folder is required for tutorials/tutorial1.ipynb in this repository.

Repository's structure

The repository contains the file dynamic_lifetime_model.py with the source code and two tutorials in the tutorials folder.
