- RenewableNonDispatch replaces RenewableFix - EnergyReservoirStorage replaces GenericBattery
- EnergyStorageReservoir replaces GenericBattery
- Wrote starttime_str to avoid problems writing sim_dcp name in Windows machines.

Updated from PSY.get_state_of_charge_limits().
- Updated PSI.calculate_aux_variable_value!() for battery charge and discharge. - Updated sytem and decision states with cycling charge and discharge usage.
- Added emulation template and model to the simulation of the centralized dispatch.
- Updated the function to receive 'model' as first argument
- For this stage, it is not necessary to fine tune the price for the battery.
