contains example scripts for using sbatch in obc process. We don't have to merge this folder but making them available here for folks to check out. @theresa-morrison @gabyneg @yichengt900

CC @uwagura. @uwagura, please take a look at these scripts when you have a moment. We can discuss a plan to make them more general and suitable for the overall pre-processing workflow.

Building on the draft PR and Andrew's original Python script for OBC generation, we have introduced an OBC generation workflow (#128) that streamlines the entire process using GLORYS data. We encourage you to try it out and share any feedback you may have. In the meantime, I will keep this draft PR open for records.

Since #128 has been merged, I will close this draft PR for now. @amoebaliz, thank you once again for providing the example scripts and detailed descriptions that were instrumental in creating our first OBC generation workflow.
