Description
I found I needed this fix for
soca_fix_stage_025.yaml.j2to be able to run 0.25 degree experiments with LETKF. I've added the fix to the 1 degree file too, although I didn't test it. This is similar to how the 5 degree fix_stage is configured.This shouldn't affect any of the low res tests.
