• Updated title, description, and examples tags for all functions
• Changed return tags to returns
• Added \code tags
• Fixed bug in rpath.mixotrophs. Code should check types between 0 and 1 and not between 0 and 0.

ecosim_plot.R

• Added section tag to point to vignette which shows example usage

I fixed an issue with the NAMESPACE file that was preventing building. All looks good.
The crosslinks/autolinks might not work until we update a few thinks mentioned in this discussion.
