This pull request merges Fabrication v2, which has reached minimum required features to be gameplay-complete. Everything from design to fabrication is now possible, and overall is semi-stable.
Going forward, blueprints and other item data will be attempted to be preserved where possible, but no guarantees can be made about forward-compatibility until non-beta release.
