ping: man page corrections

* "for not super-user" -> "unless super-user"  (grammar)
* "with low rtt" -> "with low RTT" (capitalization)
* "for ever ECHO_REPLY" -> "for every ECHO_REPLY" (grammar)
* "indicated the size" -> "indicates the size" (verb tense)
* "funcionality" -> "functionality" (typographical)
