Add guidance on AI-system definition in 'side-track'

Description

There has been a lot of (media) attention regarding which systems or AI technologies fall under the definition of an 'AI system' as outlined in the AI Act. In response to that, algorithm audit has published a Guide on the Definition of an AI system under the AI Act.

To address this, we propose updating the current setup to a new approach that provides clearer guidance to users who are unsure whether their system qualifies as an 'AI system' under the AI Act.
