Problem: Our previous custom invite link discord.com/metagame now goes to some other Metagame

Fix: Updated all the 'join the Discord' links to https://chat.metagame.wtf/

1. Searched fo relevant links (discord.gg, discord.com/invite), replaced where appropriate
2. Clicked on all of them except one*
3. "QA pass"

* There's one in a screen of the onboarding game and I couldn't figure out how to browse to that page.
