MaxCoin Reboot and Refresh

This release reboots and refreshes the project with build, documentation, and branding updates and also updates the hard-coded DNS seed addresses to point to valid nodes so that the wallet will automatically start syncing the blockchain upon launch without the need to create a maxcoin.conf file beforehand that points to valid nodes.

The binaries distributed with this release have been compiled using the patched OpenSSL 1.0.1h library and are not vulnerable to the "heartbleed" exploit or CVE-2014-0224.
