This is the first release of the toolset. It contains the library itself, the editor software (making use of the Language XML format) and a chm Helpfile generated by Sandcastle.
The whole project is based on .net 2.0 but runs (as far as I could test it) also on .net 4.X ...
Original release date was Tue Jun 22, 2010; re-release here on GitHub due to codeplex shutdown...
