Due to issues encountered in the previous branch (add-communication) and during the merge process, a new branch (add-communication-v2) was created, and the relevant changes were made again.

• Adds the communication.md file under the /collaboration/ folder.
• Outlines the communication schedule, channels, and availability for the team.
• To define a clear communication structure and ensure team alignment.
