What change is being made?

Add new tests to verify that the output of get_chains(), get_last_price(), and get_historical_prices() did not change after code modifications in the test_polygon.py.

Why are these changes being made?

To ensure the correctness and consistency of key functionalities after code changes, we appended additional tests without altering existing tests or code. These tests simulate functional usage scenarios via a backtesting framework, verifying expected outputs against known data points to prevent regressions.
