Remove two test files with corrupted data

These are clearly hand-written and they're equally clearly just wrong.

Specifically both of them have hexadecimal digits in their device
identifiers, which isn't allowed.

Initially I fixed this, but the -2 file also had an invalid manufacturer
code so I figure it's a lot easier to just discard them than keep trying
to fix things and creating even more invalid data.
