benchmark: use a JSON version of the Ubuntu Contents dataset #19

Create a JSON file from the preprocessed HashMap created from the Ubuntu Contents file directly. This takes a bit under 7 seconds to load, has peak memory usage around 3.5 GB, and takes about 930 MB on disk.
