* allow passing parameters via command line arguments (and prompt user for those not provided) * added option to prevent pulling image (for being able to use local version), default remains to pull * use a more speaking name for the docker container * allow detaching in non-interactive mode * changed detach mode to doing essentially the same (./start.sh) in the background
