Random assign a number of nodes to see if they are my neighbor for each node

new class called clusterNode for the structure: node index with its neighbor index

another class called nodeBox for the the collection of members of clusterNode with method clusterDB for clustering

the output of cluster and its member in nodeBox.clusterList whose element is defined as a member of class called clusterName
