(For Mac)-- initially checks if terminal has access over controlling computer (so speech recognition commands have access to keyboard shortcuts). If doesn't, opens the system preference so that users can enable terminal to have access.
Calls preferences.py to make sure terminal has access to control computer. If not, opens system preferences to allow user to enable it. Only for Mac.
