- Changed all instances of "HL7 Terminology" to be "HL7 Terminology (THO)"
- Removed Publisher column from the ValueSets table and created Jira change request to progress this enhancement
- Changed the 'Profiles where used' title to 'Profiles and extensions where used'
- Added text legend incl the missing column
- Fixed spelling: "the the code system" to be "the code system"
- Formatted table to use the same style as AU Core & AU eRequesting
- Corrected link to NCTS
- Changed the intro sentence
- Added missing value sets to the code system row for Data Absent Reason, for Gender Identity Response and Biological Sex
- Added missing value set AU Recorded Sex or Gender Type to the code system row for SNOMED Clinical Terms (Australian extension)
- Added missing profile AU Base Service Request to the value set row for Procedure
