This build generates a couple of lines of debug output at startup from the code that reads /proc/cpuinfo.

First build where I don't know what the functional problems are. Which basically means I need to do more testing :)

Update: I've started running the tests from AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-tests and now I have known problems again. Var handles are a particular problem area, but there look to be several other issues as well. I'll start categorizing and documenting the problems as soon as I can. Oh, and fixing. Fixing problems is good too...

This was built with the latest OpenJ9 and omr-openj9 repos. The downside is that those repos don't have my latest changes, so it's built for armv6 and requires disableDirectToJNI.
