Add Github Actions configuration file which run compilation on the Jenkins MUSICardio jobs at each PR merged.
The process can be manually run in Github -> Actions -> triggerJenkinsBuild.
It could be enhanced with some additional behaviors that we would like. You can create the same file on your repository, create your own tokens and run also the branch/PR/jobs that you would like also. However, it could lead to multiple compilation run on the same time on Jenkins, and we would not be able to know what is going on, so, maybe we need to think about the process.
