Update ‘en.json’. Adopted and translated several of the changes from the de.json file.

Hi, i have also adopted and translated several of the changes for the 'en.json' file.

I know that not all listed changes were absolutely necessary, but they make the GUI more understandable and clearer for users during operation. I find it important and meaningful that the string changes listed above are defined according to the commonly known technical terms for the Switch/Homebrew. If you would like to merge the changes to the en.json file as well, you are welcome to do so.

If you would like to adopt these changes, I am happy to revise the other language data as well. If there is anything you don't want to adopt, please let me know!
