C:\Instrument\Var\logs\schtasks is created by a recent config_env, if deploying elsewhere will need to manually create that directory

Guess this is fine to just continuously overwrite a single log file with latest output?

We run it once a day so we get the most recent problem, it looked to be blank file on success. If we do separate files we'd need to update logrotate to move them, i wasn't sure it was worth the effort. I did wonder about just adding the day with %date:~0,2% but one on these sorts of things added an annoying space and so i'd left it for now
