[NUM]
yr start: The priority enrollment period start time for students in the year of that course. This only displays for courses offered by FAS or Daniels. - Gen. Enroll: The start of the general enrollment period in the Faculty of Arts and Science (even if the course displayed is not a(n) FAS course), where students can add a 6th course and enroll in courses they don't have priority for.
- The green line to the left of "Enroll end": First day of classes in the Faculty of Arts and Science
- Enroll end: Enrollment has closed to the right of this line.
- Drop deadline: You cannot drop this course using ACORN after this line.
- End: Classes end, and the exam period starts. LWD and CR/NCR options close.
- The red line: If you're viewing a course that was offered in previous years, this line is the corresponding date to today except for the year. For example, if today is August 15th, 2023, and you're viewing a course that was offered in Fall 2022, you would see a read line on the date August 15th, 2022.
Not everything is annotated! For example, waitlist closure, deadline to pay, and enrollment day for other faculties and campuses are not included but you will still notice drastic changes in enrollment for that day.
If a course or lecture section is cancelled, there are two possible ways the graph could show this:
- Its graph won't update. This means if the last capture happens to be very long ago and inconsistent with most other courses, it is a sign that the course has been cancelled (Example: Summer 2023's FSL120H1F).
- The enrollment capacity for any cancelled sections will be set to 0 the time the course was cancelled, and all lecture sections involved will show the word CANCELED beside it (Example: Fall-Winter 2023-2024's CSC491H1F and CSC413H1S).
I aim to update this daily, though the time of day is unpredictable. On important dates (such as enrollment dates), this site will update very frequently due to how quickly courses fill up.
Timetable builder. Anything that doesn't appear there won't show up on this site.
At least for FAS students, all students pay course fees in the summer, so per-course refunds apply there. In the Fall-Winter terms, this does not apply to most students as most students pay the program fee.
For FAS, the program fee only applies in the Fall-Winter term, and essentially means that if your course load for the year is above 4.0 credits, you'll pay for the price of 5, and there are no refunds if you stay in that range. For more information, view the UofT refund deadlines in the UofT student account website (google UofT refund deadlines).
Not all divisions use program fees. Check the fee structure for your faculty, which can be found in the UofT student account website.
If you type the course code without the session, campus, or weight information, the site will autofill it based on your information. The autoformat will prioritize Fall over Winter offerings, and St. George over any other campus.
