adjusted 2 package names for Hirsute
added mesa-utils-extra libegl-mesa0
disabled secomp sandbox (causes crashes in many environments)
ENV PAN_MESA_DEBUG=bifrost used to be recomended, now is hidden option (PAN_MESA_DEBUG=gl3 causes framebuffer error messages but works fine.)
