* Fixed the removal of trailing 0s in lat, lng

* ran npm install

* ran ng update @angular/cli

* ran update angular cli

* removed old ng-bootstrap

* upgraded agm and re added ngbootstrap

* updated angular core

* Updated import for ngbModule
