This patch release of the hepdata-cli package increases the DEFAULT_TIMEOUT (from 55 to 295 seconds) to reflect changes in the settings of the host Kubernetes cluster. It also adds a client-side check that the size of the upload file is less than UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE.
