This adds an example in Scala of writing to Cloud Spanner using Apache Spark on Cloud Dataproc.

As per the README, no such example already exists.

This should help customers looking for guidance on how to do this on Google Cloud.

This commits adds an example of using Apache Spark (on Cloud Dataproc) to write to Cloud Spanner via JDBC in Scala. There is no other public documentation or examples of how to do this. As a result, this example will help customers.

Can you update the copyright year and use a different package name for this example? (please see the comments for the details)
