Je crois qu'il faut aussi revoir la commande d'installation de PG quelques lignes plus haut, pour installer aussi pgRouting : sudo apt install -y postgresql-pgrouting à la place de sudo apt install postgresql-14 postgresql-14-postgis-3.

A confirmer mais il me semble qu'il faudrait préciser explicitement les lib à installer : sudo apt install postgresql postgresql-postgis postgresql-pgrouting
