when a tag is deleted, its deleted from all associated cards

Deleting a tag in the tag database will remove all instances of that tag across all standard cards.
Upon deleting a tag, user will be prompted to an "Are you sure?" popup, with designs matching designs on Figma.

Delete tag. Check if it's removed from cards.
