Tag Deletion

Description

• Currently, in the add a new standard view, you can delete a tag from the tag database. However if a tag is associated with a standard card, then it would remain on the standard card.
• At the moment, the only way to delete a tag from a standard card is by removing that tag when editing the standard.

Acceptance Criteria

• Deleting a tag in the tag database will remove all instances of that tag across all standard cards.
• Upon deleting a tag, user will be prompted to an "Are you sure?" popup, with designs matching designs on Figma.

Other Notes

• Figma Designs can be found in Southface --> Hand off Documentation --> Delete a Tag

The Lala2 tag was deleted in a Add a New Standard View, but the tag still remains on the standard card.
