- Agency receives CX guidance/mandate
- Official guidance is here
- Agency shares their desired form with us, the Feedback Analytics Team
- Soon, Agencies can create this in Touchpoints on their own
- CX CAP Team or somebody needs to approve this
- Any changes are coordinated with the submitting Agency
- The test form gets implemented in Touchpoints Demo
- Official PRA approval is requested to RegSec/OIRA
- Official PRA approval is received. The information is added to the Form in Touchpoints.
- The live form gets implemented in Touchpoints
