For reference, here is what we checked to go to staging (what I sent the POs)-
I have updated all sections of Human Capital Management, and would like you to consider the modifications I have made. I have personally tested each and everything part of human capital management, but in order to have the highest quality assurance for your agency testing is being undergone by numerous members of our team for each and every part of development regarding this task.
Below are the criterion to assure we are ready to move forward with the updated Human Capital Management. This is the same criterion shared with the IBM team to ensure all markers were met -

Human Capital Management MUST be updated by 1/10, but there are numerous other categories that need to be updated. The updates are to involve the extraction of data from the attachments in this Jira story - https://cm-jira.usa.gov/browse/OGPWEB-15797
This involved the same data manipulation, extraction and restructuring that I have done for other categories (which were formerly Jira Stories)
