src/Core/hco_config_mod.F90 - In routine "BracketCheck", changed the MAXBRACKNEST=5 setting to MAXBRACKNEST=10. This will allow up to 10 nested brackets in the HEMCO_Config.rc file. CHANGELOG.md - Updated accordingly Signed-off-by: Bob Yantosca <[email protected]>

This increases the number of "(((" and ")))" brackets that can be used in the HEMCO_Config.rc file, which can allow for more complex emissions settings. This merge brings PR geoschem#263 (Restrict volcano climatology prints to root thread, by @lizziel) into the HEMCO "no-diff-to-benchmark" development stream. This merge brings PR geoschem#266 (Now use short submodule names in gitmodules, by @yantosca) the HEMCO "no-diff-to-benchmark" development stream. This update edits the .gitmodules file so as to remove the path from the submodule names. Paths are declared with the "path = /path/to/submod" specification. This merge brings PR 268 (Handle 3D NEI emissions, by @nicholasbalasus) into the HEMCO "no-diff-to-benchmark" development stream. This PR implements a workaround to an issue caused by the merge of HEMCO PR geoschem#235 (Bug fix for vertical regridding). This must be merged simultaneously with GEOS-Chem PR #2213.
